These Diamond Forest Gift Card Terms and Conditions govern digital eGift Cards issued by Diamond Forest Inc. for U.S. residents and eligible U.S. shipping addresses via www.diamondforest.com or official showrooms. Delivered electronically in denominations ranging from $25 to $2,000 USD, eGift Cards never expire and carry no maintenance or service fees. Cards are redeemable exclusively for eligible fine jewelry, loose diamonds, and custom pieces online or in-store, with unused balances retained for future purchases and remaining order amounts payable via secondary payment methods; however, cards cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law), used to buy other gift cards, or applied retroactively. Refunds for returned items originally purchased with an eGift Card are provided strictly as an eGift Card or store credit, subject to Diamond Forest’s Return, High Jewelry, and Return Abuser policies. Customers must safeguard eGift Cards like cash, as Diamond Forest is not liable for lost, stolen, or unauthorized card use and reserves the right to hold or cancel orders suspected of fraud.
