What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your browser or device when you visit a website. They allow the website to “remember” information about your visit, such as your preferred language, login status, or items in your cart. Cookies may be set by us (“first-party cookies”) or by third parties that provide services on our behalf (“third-party cookies”).
Types of Cookies We UseWe may use different categories of cookies depending on their purpose:
Strictly Necessary Cookies: These are essential for the website to function properly, such as enabling navigation, processing transactions, and maintaining security. We use cookies and similar technologies that fall into different categories based on their purpose. Strictly necessary technologies are essential for the operation of our website and include functions such as enabling secure login, processing transactions, maintaining account access, supporting checkout, preventing fraud, and ensuring website security and performance. These technologies are generally required for the website to function and therefore cannot usually be disabled through our cookie settings tool.
Performance and Analytics Cookies: Analytics and performance technologies help us understand how users interact with our website (e.g., pages visited, time spent, errors encountered) by collecting information such as pages visited, time spent on pages, navigation patterns, and technical performance issues. This information is used to improve website functionality, test new features, and troubleshoot performance problems. Where applicable, you may opt out of these technologies through our cookie settings, browser controls, or third-party tools provided by analytics providers.
Functional Cookies: Functional or preference-based technologies are used to remember your settings and choices, such as language preferences, region selection, saved items, wishlist activity, or customer service preferences. These technologies enhance your experience by providing a more personalized and consistent interaction with the website, and you may manage or disable them through your browser settings or our cookie preference tool given below.
Advertising and Targeting Cookies: Advertising or targeted advertising technologies are used to deliver relevant advertisements, measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and create audiences based on browsing behavior or interests. These technologies may also support retargeting and cross-context behavioral advertising. You may manage your preferences through our privacy choices tools, cookie settings, browser controls, or other industry opt-out mechanisms where required.
Other Tracking TechnologiesIn addition to cookies, we may use:
Pixels (or web beacons): Small pieces of code embedded in web pages or emails that allow us to track user interactions, such as whether an email was opened or a page was viewed.

Web Logs: Records generated by web servers that capture details of user interactions with a website, such as pages visited, IP address, browser type, referring URLs, timestamps, and request status, used for analytics, troubleshooting, and security monitoring.
**Web Beacons:**Tiny tracking elements (often the same as pixels) used to monitor user behavior, typically to understand whether a page or email has been viewed or interacted with.
These technologies may collect data such as IP address, browser and device identifiers, pages visited, session and activity information, search and shopping behavior, referral source, ad interactions, email engagement, and approximate location, including when you are simply browsing the website and not actively submitting information.
How We Use These TechnologiesWe use these tools to:
Ensure the website operates securely and efficiently
Understand and improve user experience

Detect and prevent fraud or unauthorized activity
We may work with third-party service providers, who use their own cookies and tracking technologies to provide analytics and advertising services on our behalf.
We do not intentionally use third-party advertising cookies or pixels or such similar technologies to collect full payment card numbers, bank account numbers, government ID numbers, or similar financial account credentials for advertising purposes. Payment and checkout data are generally processed through our payment and checkout providers, but in some cases, we might have to obtain those details from the payment service providers in relation to tax or to handle any dispute, grievance, objections etc.
We provide you with choices regarding the use of cookies and similar tracking technologies, particularly those used for advertising and personalization purposes. Depending on your location, you may have certain rights to control how your information is collected and used for targeted advertising and analytics.

If your request relates to physical mail, please include your complete mailing address as it appears on the mail you received.
We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. This may require us to match information we already maintain about you, such as your name, email address, phone number, transaction details, order history, or other relevant information. You may authorize an agent to make a request on your behalf where permitted by law. If you use an authorized agent, we may require proof of authorization and may contact you directly to confirm the request unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Opt-Out of Sale and Sharing of Information: We do not sell personal information in the traditional sense for monetary compensation. However, under California law, certain uses of cookies and similar technologies for analytics or advertising may be interpreted as a “sale” if third parties are able to use, retain, or disclose the data beyond simply providing services to us. In many cases, these third parties collect information directly through our website or services rather than receiving it from us. As part of these activities, such technologies may collect identifiers, like IP addresses, email addresses, contact details, mailing addresses, internet or electronic network activity, browsing behavior of the users, and commercial information, pages visited or products considered. But we do not consider these activities as a “sale,” if you wish then you may opt out by following the instructions provided in the “Opt-Out” section.
California law also requires businesses that “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising to provide an opt-out mechanism. “Sharing” refers to the use of personal information to deliver targeted advertising based on a consumer’s activity across different websites or services. We may engage in such sharing to provide more relevant and personalized advertising. In doing so, we may share identifiers (such as IP addresses and email addresses), contact details, browsing activity, and commercial information with advertising partners and networks. You may opt out of this sharing by following the steps outlined in the “Opt-Out” section.

At this time, our website does not respond to browser-based tracking signals including “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals due to the absence of a uniform industry standard. However, GPC signals are honored where required by law. Any update in respect to the same shall be updated in this Policy.
